still got more soup, but just had to have something else and had pizza... and some bread... really failed yesterday.

Got kind of upset, so I jogged for 40min (a steep hill three times)... and did fix some of the extra calories gained yesterday...
196.9 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
