I took one week off from journaling my food to see how I'd do and now it's difficult to start back up. I'm still losing, though more slowly than when I was journaling, but I'm not going to meet my goal by my deadline as a result of 3 under performing weeks.
Back to a concerted effort to keep track of my inputs so I have context for my outputs.
