I cannot lose weight anymore it seems. I guess for me that's it. 58 kg. Probably time to enter maintenance. In spite of calorie restrictions and sport the scale doesn't wish to show less.
I would honestly like to look better,but I just don't know how to make it better than this. I will post a before and after picture(need to find them).
In all this 1 year and a half what I learned is written everywhere:
-eat quality food , varied, watch portions and calories,3-4-5-6 times /day depending on the wish/program.
-exercise(cardio, strength, stretching).
It is that simple.

I think you need to step down the exercise. You aren't losing weight because you exercise too much so you're just changing fat into muscle but the weight stays the same.

I don't even know what to do anymore. Was very upset with the whole scale thing. Husband offered to support me and go together in the park to practice Yoga and play volleyball. I used to exercise far more before having a job. I was always moving. Now I canot move that much as I'm sitting all day long in the office.

Maybe you should go on maintenance for about a month and then try for the extra loss. Sometimes you just need to shake things up to get over these plateaus.
