I have not been here much this week so have not read many posts, a few here and there mostly at work. Busy with many family things, all good, work and trying to catching up on a lot of things. Not even time for exercise everyday. I really need to start an early morning routine. I will work on that this coming week as I have a staycation week and hope to carry that over to work days.

HCB, no rain in the forecast until Thursday and temps in the low 80's so all good so far. I need to get some weed eating done today and wash down my siding and see if my shutters come off the house. With a brick front I have no idea. Plan is to paint some trim, the new chimney, and doors, and change the shutters from black to white, they don't match anything else. Then on to other things. That will be fun, I enjoy painting and outside makes it even better. Kids fall sports will be mixed into the week as well. Football, volleyball, and softball maybe a mud run next Saturday.

Another thing learned here. Stiff foam rollers to reduce soreness. Chriscomedy recommended. He posted he was in trouble physically and has never returned. I miss his comments. It is the only thing today that has loosened up the spasm in my back.

At the gym I use a stiff foam roller but at home I have a slightly softer one that I use for pressing the sore areas - myofacial release - did I spell that correctly?
