Seriously, ugh. I am so sick of my body not responding to anything I do. It will go great and then all the sudden bam, I think it is time to get to the dr and see what the bleep is going on. I am so sick of trying so hard and failing everytime.

Don't give up. You'll figure it out, what works best for you. Dr. Would be a great place to start.

Stick to the plan. But sometimes changes are necessary because the body gets used to what you are doing. Change 1 thing... for a little bit. Take a walk... run... eat less... or more.... workout or take a few days break for recovery. Consistency wonderful for the mind but the body catches on. Sometime you gotta shake it up.

Thanks for the encouragement and advice. I am giving my doctor a call in the morning to set up an appointment and then shake it up a bit.

Do you have any food sensitivities? Sometimes that can effect weight loss.

I see you don't record your intake daily on FS, that might be a good place to start. A visit with the doctor certainly won't hurt your cause, best to rule out anything that could be thwarting you than to go on not knowing. Best of luck to you!

I am not sure of any sensitivites, but I can get that checked out later this week. And I wish I had time to record my intake more often. I usually only get a chance about once a week. But I do keep a paper journal with my intake info weight etc, I prefer that to the computer for some reason.

It also might be helpful to ask your doctor for a referral to a nutritionist. They can be incredibly helpful identifying simple changes to make to your diet to help with weight loss. Good luck!
