900g left to achieve my long awaited goal. It's been a tough path, but totally worth it. My sense of self is renewed, my energy is improved, my mind is engaged and I am happy, despite the turmoil around me. Looking forward to reaching my goal and maintaining it.
154.1 lb Lost so far: 37.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   losing 0.3 lb a week

That is similar to what I need to achieve. How long did it take you to get to this point? Hope you can help share how you stay motivated and on track?
