If you are really ready to do this, give it just a few days sticking STRICTLY to the phase I plan. It will make those cravings go away. Sometimes we just aren't ready to commit. I'm having that struggle right now after having lost over 40 lbs. I keep waiting on my mind to click over to true commitment mode! Come on...take one day at a time and just do it. Don't trade what you really want for anything just because it tastes good. :) If you're not ready, just get the book out and read it occasionally until you feel truly motivated.
