Continuing to exercise almost every day. Yesterday, the treadmill for 20 min and walking outside for 10.
155.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 0.3 lb a week
