I gained some weight, but I am getting back on track. I did not follow my own expectations and fell into "I'll follow it the next day" procrastination. When I started this challenge I sought motivation from friends and family who also wanted to lose weight, but this has been trying.
No excuses, no negativity, and surrounding myself with people who have the same positive goals as myself is the key to success. I really want to be ready for the upcoming winter season.
