OMG!!!!!! Started 95.5 on 7.8.15 today 8.9.15 my scales teeter tottered between 88.6 & 88.4 so I chose to go for 88.5 and exactly 7kgs loss in 32 days which I am really pleased about and am just quietly going to set as my benchmark for the next 32 days .... setting off for the pool now with an extra pep in my step 👍🏽👣💃🏻👣💃🏻👣
195.1 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 62.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cannot tell you how excited I am for you! You are working hard and are doing great. Good to hear how much better you are feeling and that you have increased energy. You must be doing things correctly. Look forward to seeing your next post.

Aw thanks. Belle .... Not sure when I'll weigh in again ~ virtually on fluids only for the next 48 hours because of my 5 tooth extractions today so will see how I go .... thanks for your encouragement 🌹
