A weekend of eating badly with 13 hours of training. I'm hoping most of it's water weight after super hydrating last night when I got home. Back to being healthier this week.
112.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
