Feeling Successful! Weigh in at gym and at doctor today; I am 147. I have reached and unspoken goal of a 30# loss reached within 2 months and 4 days. Have to adjust start weight since my entry was off from my medical chart. Only 12# from recommended goal weight.

While I wish I could journal daily;I read all these wonderful entries by others and tell myself that I will, but still have not. I will just note here that I have eaten clean since July 1st. Only one teeny cheat with pretzels on day 3 of the migraines a couple of weeks ago.

During these two months, I have learned that the most success came once I was diligent about keeping F60%, P30% and C10%. I continue to live Gluten Free and the debilitating pain in joints and muscles is gone.

The 5k season is soon upon me, so I am going to slowly ramp up the workouts. Currently I run 3.5 miles on treadmill (I am not native Texan-heat is unbearable), swim 30 laps and alternate pilates and yoga 6 days a week. Now that kids are back in school, going to add boxing at the gym.

Personal life note: I have finished decorating and organizing our home. Sat for a sec to appreciate the effort, and hubby called with news. We're relocating to Washington,D.C. at the end of the school year. Well, alrighty then! Excited, apprehensive and tired; life is crazy!
