Ate really well and vegan aside from time spent traveling and visiting friends. When I've eaten out over the past couple weeks I have only maintained vegetarianism not veganism. But at home I have eaten no dairy or eggs. I thought about abandoning the no-dairy/eggs but decided to stick with it longer.
