My fast day became a non-fast day! LOL! It was going well until my sister decided we should go to Panarotti's for a post meeting lunch. Their flat bread and sub was yummy. Maybe I can make 2moro a fast day :)

@Y002 - No, I abandoned my fasting and will just have to start proper on Monday :) I honestly don't mind taking a break and just eating whatever. Looking forward to get back on weight loss as of tomorrow(Monday). @NorthernMusician - thanks :)

I'm with you BBO. I had two weeks of just maintaining 6:1, but it didn't do real damage. It is the beauty of fasting, so easy to get back on the bicycle. I find watching Michael Mosley's Horizon doc every now and again an inspiration to keep going. Must have watched it 4 times already! Lol. With people though, I always make people watch it!!
