Down a pound, disappointing.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A pound loss is less to lose later - slow loss is usually more lasting loss - it is l;ost fat! Be happy!

You've lost 52 lbs since May, that's a lot. It'd be great to be able to keep losing at that rate, but it's normal for the loss to slow, although frustrating. You're doing good, just keep at it, you've come a long way.
