Started back up this week after taking about a month off. Feels really good! Parmesan crusted chicken is AMAZING! And so are meatballs with homemade(ish) low carb garlic cheese bread. Yum!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
