JockoT's Journal, 04 September 2015

It has been a difficult week with some high calorie meals. I find that eating a high calorie lunch doesn't keep me going any longer than a low calorie lunch does. Then yesterday I had a Charlie Bigham, Steak and Ale pie, for dinner. 741 kcals. But delicious. Especially with new boiled potatoes, broccoli and snap peas.
Still, a pound is a pound, so onward and downward!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done jockot, you indulged and still lost weight, that's great, it proves that you are eating in moderation for the rest of the time, well done again. Have a lovely weekend x

I never go over my RDI. It is just when I have high calorie items it leaves me nothing for supper time. I like a Cup A Soup and a slice of bread to dip in it. The past week I went to bed, hungry, on a number of occasions.

Ah that's good then. I save 227 this is enough for me to have 2 rich tea biscuits with a cup of horlicks made up with just under half a pint of skimmed milk, keeps the tummy grumbling at bay x
