I'm so sad and disappointed at myself . I've reached out asking for advise from others still only to fail. I've a very confident man but this scale and lose skin is killing me inside , I decided to go soul searching to find my happiness again.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kevin a starting suggestion. Track your food. We don't know what you are eating it's impossible to help you on food. I read your profile, sorry can't help with bulimia I'm sure others here can. Eat healthy little processed lots of whole foods.

You are close to the goal you set. Weight comes off slower. I've realized that I will have bumps and wrinkles. I'm just happy to be so healthy and really close to the goal I set. Find positive every day and the more positive you are the more positive will happen. You'll start to see more positive than negative when you focus on the good. Tweak calories and exercise and eat super clean.

I find tracking my food helps a lot. Some things I was surprised that were bad when I didn't think they were. Keep at it and you'll do great !!
