well today went a lot better, played 3 sets of tennis, lost all three but in my defence the person I played is so far ahead of me in ability I didn't expect to win, I managed to win 2 games in every set and the score for the ones he won wernt to bad so I am happy. Went on the treadmill for an 20 minutes and covered 2 miles didn't feel as sluggish today, maybe it was just a change from all the running I have done for the last 2 weeks. Had a little fry up not to bad, everything grilled or cooked on a George Foreman, got to admit the are so versatile I havnt used the oven in ages. Not long to go before holidays and to check my weight in 9 days time, I feel better so even if I havnt done to well will still be happy. Got to go out for farewell drinks, well don't have to go, but that's what I tell my wife ha ha. So it could be a heavy night but I think I have lost enough calories to make up for a few (that's my word for a lot) beers LOL
