Not really sure why my weight is going up. I am sticking to less than 1500 calories most days and working out. I need to start doing the T25 in the morning.... Start after Ice Build
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week
