Tomorrow I have to get on the scale and I am dreading it. My internet has been down so I haven't been recording anything! I've been eating nonstop too. I just know I have put on. But I have to get on the scale and see the repercussions, otherwise I'll never learn. :(

My phone app works off the wifi too. Meh. Oh well. It's back up now, so no reason why I can't log my food now. I just need to get back into it. How was your experiment? :)

My last experiment of making my tuesday a low carb non-fast day with carbs staying under 30g was a huge success! I lost 1.5kg in that week. Then this last week I had stopped my weight loss journey as I had a 2 prayer events that consisted of a week of lost of food so I took a break and I gained 4kg. Today I start again :)

The 1.5kg loss sounds brilliant! As for the 4kg pick up, I'm sure you enjoyed the week anyway. I'll probably have a pick up tomorrow too. So we can both get back on track over the weekend! :)

I started today with my 7 day plan that I follow to lose weight. My weekends are for enjoying myself so I don't restrict myself on weekends. Keeping today low carb non-fast day, Fri is low carb fast day, weekend will be whatever I wanna eat, Mon is low carb fast day, tuesday will be low carb non-fast day and wed will be low carb fast day and then weigh-in on Thursday morning. I've found that making my fast days and tuesday as a low carb day helps alot so I decided to start by making my Thursday a low carb day as well :)
