Today is my first day trying to gain control over my binge eating. Today was a terrible day! I cannot believe my weight or the amount of food I consumed. Feeling HUUUUGGGEE!!!
225.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
