mistyraeb's Journal, 02 September 2015

Today is going well so far. I did a trip to Costco today to stock up on all my good for you goodies. And when I got home I did lots and lots of veggie and food prep for the next week. For me to stay on it, it really does help to stay ahead on that stuff. Plus with a teething 18 month old it is great to have things to get fast when she gets cranky. I also made some awesome baked zucchini tots too for a little pick me up in the afternoons. I am hoping they last all week, they are so good lol. I love that I am getting so addicted to veggies/ veggie dishes that are not salt and sugar laden. It really does only take a little bit before your taste buds change. This week I am going to start adding more resistance/time depending on the exercise to my workout since my losses seem to be fizzling a bit. Good luck to everyone this coming week.
