Same weight as yesterday, blood glucose way up (116) from my bad weekend. I had a good day yesterday. Still pissed at myself for not sticking to keto over the weekend.

forgive yourself, let it go and move on. You CAN do this.

It's tough when you get out of Keto. But all is not lost, you just need to get your body back into it and can do that in a few days by just going back to your eating plan. Don't let it keep you down, you've been doing great.

IMHO, these keto-slips are an important part to the learning process. It's important to realize how valuable keto is and give you something to fight tooth-and-nail for. This happens to everybody, it's valuable and you won't forget about this for some time to come.
