That's brilliant mintybonbon, I wish I could run that far lol. I have a long way to go yet, but once I hit 100kg I will start running.

You will reach that weight and good luck doing so! Running is exhausting at first but after those first few miles, it feels great.

lol wish I could run 3.5m, keep it up. I read your link on your profile which peaked my curiosity a tad. Its a well known fact that eating fruit is good for you, but did you know that eating the whole fruit, where possible, is better, as this gives a good balance of fibre, pectins and vitamins. One thing these pages miss out on is that fats are good for you too. Without them your body does not absorb vitamins A,K,E and D. You can feed yourself those until you see pigs fly, but you won't absorb them properly without fats.

You can run a 3.5km if I can (I am probably very unfit). Yes that's true that's why I prefer to eat foods in their whole form. It depends on what type of fats though. Fruits and vegetables contain small amounts of natural fat that are essential in the diet along with other plant-based fats - avocado, coconut and flaxseed. Too much fat in the diet from animals or excess from a plant isn't that great for optimum health.
