I really don't know what i am suppose to do. I thought i would be guided on my diet.

I don't know what kind of eating you do/like now but I love love love low carb/high fat/medium protein. lots of good veggies....I'ts not just the weight loss but I feel so much more energetic!

Writing down all the food you eat will help a lot. Follow some healthy plan after journaling your food and exercise. You might show it to your doctor or a trusted friend and get their opinion of how best to go about a diet. Look at your BMI and RDI for your ideal weight. There is a calculator here that will tell you how many calories you should be eatting to maintain your goal weight.

Thank you all for the support and advice . I guess with time i'll get a grip on what is expected of and from me. But as you say i'll start with working on my diet.
