Really aweful day yesterday. Tired. sugar addicted. Scarfing candy and other carbs. Just completely out of control and embarassing. Raining it in today and getting back on track. Wow! It was scary how fast I could drop off the wagon. I am two pounds over my 2 pounds LDW, butwill try to knock that off before loading. Yikes. OK, centering myself.
260.6 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
