So proud of myself! I was up at 5:00 am and burned 370 calories doing Insanity Max 30 - Cardio Challenge workout!!!

Weight is up. On August 31st it was 140.8 (up from last log-in) and this morning, September 1st it is 140.6. I will round it up and go with 141.00

For the month of September, following Paleo/Atkins diet and 5 workouts per week minimum.

Goal is to get down to 110 pounds in 90 days. Taking 1 month at a time.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
