After 2 vacations loaded with food and weight back to up to a high of 167, I am back on track. Yippy! Football season is here and I will be high on healthy snacks for the games!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
