Didn't expect a loss today after 4 days at home with little pre-planning regarding food! I wasn't so good about drinking enough water but I guess the migraine I had on Saturday - resulting in no appetite - might have been helpful after all!

Happy Monday everyone.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
