Fast day today and saying it here makes it official. :)

Still recovering from the dreaded lurgy - sore throat. Feeling much better, but only managed a 6/1 week last week. Same the week before. Feeling a little disheartened, but on weighing myself, I'm still around my last entered weight, so maintaining okay even though eating whatever I like. Will only have an official weigh in again after my two fast days this week.

I'm going to start recording fast days again on here. Even though I stick to 500 cals or under on fast days, I just feel more 'together' when I'm recording it here. Feel I've fallen off the wagon a bit, but at least I have not abandoned this WOL at all.

Need / must get 2 fast days in this week at least! Not sure why I haven't managed the last couple of weeks - lots of social events and then illness I think just didn't help with the old motivation. Also, baby and sleepless nights. Need to get to that 72kg pre-pregnancy weight asap now.

Lol. I'm certain I've gained a few points of a kg, but I'm definitely going to only officially weigh myself after this week or perhaps even next week's fast days so I can start from a position of being 'on track' ;)
