Drank a whole big bottle of wine,
Ate spaghetti with meat sauce and
Had 4 biscuits and a salad and I
LOST weight. Yeah!
148.2 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
