Edit: Let me say many thanks to those who have supported my effort and who have taken the time to comment.

Pleasantly surprised this morning with the weight.

After the huge brunch yesterday, I barely was hungry when it came time for my dinner break so I got another fish taco, unfortunately they skimped on the extra lettuce, but it was okay.

I seem to be in sync now and hopefully steady progress will be made to under 180. The challenge to myself now is the first two digits on the left side of the scale need to read 17 before my next doctor visit the first part of October, and then a shift in emphasis toward getting into some sort of resistance training while keeping up the exercycle part.

Guess that means I may have to join a health club or buy some dumbbells etc.

Edit: Lunch was about 4 pork chops with Mexican style sauce with onions and tomato. Also pinto beans and rice. I only ate about half of the rice and made sure that I had the beans first for fiber to help with the sugar in the rice. Tasty but a huge plate.


Now if I can just not pay attention to things that just pop up in front of me.


Edit: Dinner was a fish taco with extra lettuce and a slightly green banana which in combination with the lettuce should not spike my blood sugar too high.

No idea if I will go below today's weight tomorrow morning.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
