Yesterday my workout was a bit much. My knees where hurting so bad i had to put ice on it. I was afraid that i wouldn't be able to do any exercise this morning. But to my surprise the ice must've helped. Walk 30 minutes this morning. Didn't want to push myself to the extreme again. It felt good and my knees are fine. Hope y'all have a blessed Sunday
