Started Weight Training on 8/19/2015. Going 3 days a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Have been sore but I know that is to be expected. I also know that muscle weighs more than fat. My goal is to lose around the waist, butt and thighs PLUS tone flabby areas like upper arms.
215.1 lb Lost so far: 77.9 lb.    Still to go: 40.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
