Today was a better day for eating consistently than I have done in the last week. I didn't get a chance to make my green drink, which makes up a lot of my diet in terms of vegetable intake. Life events prevented me from doing my yoga today due to time constraints but I'll make up for it tomorrow, which would have been an off day. Time marches on and so do I.
