Been doing really well on this. I am going to bed sometimes, with the tummy grumbles and I'm waking up hungry, but getting used to it. Don't seem to be "grabbing and growling" as much when I'm hungry now.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
