that last entry showing 29 august should have been for Friday 28 august, o got it mixed up (I am old don't forget and I am suffering from old man syndrome LOL) Good day hit the treadmill interval training. started with warm up 10 mins followed by 5 x 7.5 MPH 1 minute on 30 seconds off, increased speed by point 1 up to 8 MPH still following 1 min on 30 seconds off, the completed 5 x intervals at 8 MPH and then worked my way back down .1 at a time still using 1 min on 30 sec off principle. Then last 5 mins at 7.5 MPH. No tennis today however after running I played in goal for 5 aside football, god I am rubbish in goal. I have put the exercise down as HITT as I cant use interval training in the exercise guide. Feeling good after my run For KP2065 - did you get the email I sent through fat secrets?
