Not following a particular diet just trying to not go overboard and make sure i get my fruit and veggies, still have not visited the gym but there is no excuse for that other than just makes me feel exposed and uncomfortable hmmm.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
