I so want to get below that 200 number !! I am thankful for a lose this week. this is where I usually get so so discouraged,this time I need to push thru!
201.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay with it - look for other successes aside from the scale numbers so you do not give up. Slow weight loss is lasting weight loss.
