2nd week of banting - no fruit or nuts and I am down 1.4kg for the week.
267.6 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1425 kcal Fat: 83.64g | Prot: 137.08g | Carb: 28.51g.   Breakfast: Rindless Streaky Bacon, Egg (Whole), Avocados. Lunch: Olives, Feta Plain, Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes, Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets. Dinner: Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Oil and Vinegar, PnP Butternut, Lamb Chop. Snacks/Other: Biltong. more...

Thanx guys had a super week not feeling hungry all the time is the best feeling ever! Can honestly say I don't miss bread. Am looking forward to the weekend want to try some of the recipes in the low carb is lekker cookbook!
