I'm fairly certain I'm running higher on calories than I think I am, but short of weighing every single thing I eat (and who has the time/sanity/resources to do that every single time they put something in their mouth?), I can't track more exactly. I'm an excellent visual estimator from decades of cooking/baking, so here's hoping I'm not too far off!
