Chef Karen's Journal, 27 August 2015

Two damn biscotti and I am at my carb limit for the day. I have literally eaten NOTHING ELSE all day but those two stupid cookies. So that means I can have sashimi or eggs or chicken and thats it for dinner. FML I hate this.

Whoah that's a serious deficit you're running there. What's your reason for it?

Crab meat has no carbs. In fact, most seafood has less than one per serving. I'd throw away the biscotti to avoid temptation easiest.

If a low carb diet isn't working for you you can always switch your diet. You need to find an eating plan you can stick with and not be miserable.

I agree with CatHerder. Low carb does not always suit everyone.
