6 weeks ago I stopped recording what I eat and just stopped eating sugar. No sweets ,cake biscuits,puddings,no sugar in tea or coffee, no baked beans as they are full of sugar and no bottled sauces. I have lost over a stone in six weeks! yes - it can be hard but losing that first stone makes it worthwhile.
