this always happens. When I think I'm going to start heading down and increase activity it always goes up??? I will continue as I mean to go on.
206.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Activity uses our muscles and our muscles hold extra water while in the repair process after exercise. You will see the drop in a couple days. good luck!
