weighed myslef today, just to see where i am at, and was pleasantly surprised to see my weight 163.5lbs!!!! hoping that this continues...definitely keeping me motivated! working night shift 7p-7a sunday and monday nights, so my diet calendar may look a little odd. during work i eat several small meals, whenever i notice i am hungry so it looks like i have a lot of snacks, but really i don't. i feel so good, aside from the mild achey gallbladder...but hopefully it will get better. i have noticed that the excema i have on my face is clearing up too....wondering if that is part of the diet as well?
well back to work... :)not recording my weight until thursday which will mark my 1 week on induction. looks like i ate over my carbs, but really when you look at sunday, i ate under...just a night shift thing. definitely harder to keep track of when you are eating ...going by 12:00 midnight as the reset to the next day. mauh!
