Well I weighed early this week and no change but its okay, I know I really hurt this week so my workouts were not as intense as they should have been but I'll get back to where I want. Was thinking about starting a challenge, get a six pack by Halloween and no not beer although I could succeed in that.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eight weeks seems reasonable if you don't imbibe. Nothing looks better with low-slung jeans than an ice cube tray! Nice goal.
