I am starting my diet today. My BMI is 33.9, and according to the WHO or CDC I am obese, ouch!
My waist measurement is 47", and my hip measurement is 48". (waist to hips is .97 - greater than .9 is "at risk for men).

Lost so far: 0 lb.
Still to go: 68.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
