I didn't have much of a loss today, but I'm grateful for any loss I have, whatsoever. I think it's because I didn't get all my water in - at least, I'll attribute it to that. See, I have a 24 oz water bottle with a sippy straw from when I did WW - it's a WW bottle, in fact. I drink 3 of those per day. Yesterday I only got 2 in. Today, I'll make it happen.
181.8 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I struggle with water too, but it seems you've got it all figured out! Sometimes on the weekends I add a little vodka and lemon to mine for a little kick..lol
