was away camping and did not drink much water, I don't buy bottled water and did not bring enough from home. But did okay and watched everyone else eat cookies, cakes, candies, chips at afternoon coffee time. No worries, wasn't hungry anyhow, just kept thinking about the fat loss around my belly, oooaahhh. Pancake breakfast, just bacon and eggs, (lots of extra bacon). Had a great time with swimming for my exercise.
